Direct Seafoods parent company Bidfresh has appointed two new directors and a secretary, the firm told UK Companies House.
Alison Brogan and Mark Selley were confirmed as directors on July 31.
David Anh Ky Le was appointed as a secretary, replacing Ingrid Nicholson in that role.
Bidfresh has 12 fishmonger brands in the UK market across 10 locations.
The businesses are housed under nationwide brand Direct Seafoods, which serves hotels and restaurant chains and some high-end retailers.
