New York resident Ricarlos Guzman filed a nationwide consumer class action lawsuit Monday against Trident Seafoods and Costco Wholesale alleging the fish oil product he bought does not have the same amount of omega-3s as stated on the label.
Guzman alleges the "product label is false, deceptive and misleading," which violates several US laws.
