Since US restaurants stopped allowing dine-in options due to concerns over the coronavirus spread, sushi distribution giant True World Foods has seen drastic changes to its own business.
"True World's restaurant distribution company is down 50-80 percent, depending on the location," Robert Bleu, president of the True World Group, told IntraFish.
"Restaurants that didn't have a developed takeout program already, did not start one overnight, they just closed."
