US-based Southwind Foods, LLC, which distributes products under the Great American Seafood Brand, has reached an agreement to acquire Certi Fresh Foods and Terra-Sea Foods.
The deal, which closed Wednesday, means Certi-Fresh Foods, LLC and Terra-Sea Trading will be merged into Southwind Foods' operations in Carson, California.
Certi Fresh Foods and Terra-Sea Trading will operate as divisions of Southwind Foods. Included in the deal are sales and marketing office locations in Seattle and Nashville.
