Japanese trading and investment conglomerate Marubeni is to launch an aquaculture feed business in China led by the country's rapidly growing marine aquaculture industry.

The JPY 74 trillion (€59 billion/$72 billion) turnover company will enter the industry through 60 percent owned subsidiary Marubeni Nisshin Feed, which has been producing aquaculture feed in Japan for more than 60 years, and owns the lion's share of the Japanese aquaculture feed market.
