This week editors Drew Cherry, John Fiorillo and Avani Nadkarni conducted another head-to-head comparison of four salmon burgers available in the United States.
They did a blind taste-test of salmon burgers from Seattle-based Orca Bay Seafoods, Georgia based SeaPak, California-based Trader Joe’s store brand and Ohio-based Kroger store brand, which is carried in many supermarkets including Harris Teeter, Fred Meyer, and Ralphs. Products were scored on packaging and eating experience on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest score.
