Whether you are a chef or a retailer, there are a handful of species you just have to have – shrimp, salmon, tuna, cod and some shellfish.
But, as the saying goes, there are a lot more fish in the sea. And in recent years, retailers and chefs have created promotions designed to introduce consumers to a broader range of seafood. After all, one thing seafood has over other proteins is variety, and a promotion that plays to that strength might be just what you need to spike your sales.
