Marel announced on Wednesday it will host the second Whitefish ShowHow in Copenhagen in November after seeing success in with the inaugural 2015 event.
This full-day program offers whitefish processors hands-on demonstrations of the company's equipment and software, such as raw material receiving, fillet handling and value-added processing.
There will be a parallel conference program with lectures and seminars of guest speakers and Marel specialists.
