The new Stavis Seafoods facility on the south Boston waterfront took another step forward after a public meeting Thursday.
The meeting was to collect public and stakeholder comments on the updated project proposal, which is a "significant" reduction in scope and scale from its prior plan, said Gary Uter, project manager at the Boston Planning and Development Agency.
Millenial Partners filed the updated plans in November for the Stavis Seafoods Development Project at Massport Marine Terminal. The proposed 201,000-square foot building will sit on 313,632 square feet of land.
