New Jersey-based Preferred Freezer Services (PFS) said Sunday it will further expand in the New York/New Jersey Port with a new facility in Kearny, New Jersey, which will be its ninth in the greater New Jersey/New York area and 38th in the United States after its Houston and Chicago locations open next quarter.
The facility, which will be named New Jersey No. 9, is set to open in summer 2018 and adds 197,000 square feet of freezer space, more than 30,000 pallets of storage capacity and 24 dock doors.
