Food processing machinery supplier Baader hosted its first customer event at its new 1,600-square-meter Baader Technology Center in Lübeck, Germany, on Thursday.
The event -- dubbed salmon@baader -- was attended by more than 120 customers from around the world, with the company showcasing its latest tech in salmon processing.
During live presentations, Baader presented its new generation machine of salmon gutting, the Baader 144, its speed feed system Baader 1570, a prototype of a washing robot for inside and outside cleaning, salmon stunning and bleeding with the all new Baader 101, as well as a complete filleting, trimming, pinboning and weighing line.
