Marine Harvest-owned Polish salmon processor Morpol is planning to enter the sushi market, after finalizing the extension to its production plant in Utska, reportsGP24.
The new building spans across an area of 8,500 square meters, bringing the overall production space to 95,000 square meters.
As a result, Morpol is able to improve its products and quality, Teis Knudsen, chief operating officer at the firm, said.
