How long have you been in the seafood industry and what is your background (in this industry or otherwise)?
I started FTC on the 1st of September 1978, after I had finished my job as production and technical manager at a meat deboning company. I had designed the production line [at the deboning company] ö it had a line for hanging deboned carcasses, a handling capacity of 300 units per day, and it finally cut down the meat into bone free pieces and packaged it in vacuum packages.
