Filleter for very small fish

Tom Wray reports on a Swedish machine which is being modified to fillet smaller and smaller fish Seac AB, the Swedish fish processing machine manufacturer and renovator, has re-designed the Arenco SFD-300 to fillet fish as small as 45-50 per kg.

'This revolutionary machine is the only one in the world that can fillet such very small fish, ' says Ulf Groenqvist, president of Seac, which has historical links to Arenco-KM AB, a top fish processing machinery manufacturer during the 1960s and 1970s.
