THE Baader 220 is a high speed processing machine for small herring, mackerel, trout and other fish with similar bone structure.
It can be used as a standalone, or semi-automatic, machine and even as a fully automatic processing line where the fish are automatically driven from the general storage bin via a distribution system to various lines.
According to the company, it has developed a system for optimal capacity utilisation through maximised feeding. 'Only a continuous product flow generates a high efficiency, ' the spokesman says.
