FISH BOX manufacturer Craemer reports increasing success with its nest/stack 25kg euro-fish box concept developed to fit three boxes on a single plastic pallet.
According to Craemer: 'Both products jointly form a compatible and co-ordinated re-usable system.'
The box and pallet were designed in co-operation with the Dutch shrimp industry and the system is now selling well - particularly for shellfish applications - in the Netherlands and Denmark.
The box now also has a lid which helps protect the catch and take the weight of full stacks of boxes.
