Norwegian farmed salmon prices took a dive in week 45, dropping NOK 2.02 (€0.21/$0.24) per kilo -- or 3.55 percent -- on average over the week, according to the latest figures from Nasdaq.
The average price per kilo during the week was NOK 54.84 (€5.72/$6.45) per kilo.
These prices are down 2.62 percent, or NOK 1.48 (€0.15/$0.17) per kilo, on average compared with a month ago, and 4.54 percent, or NOK 9.02 (€0.94 /$1.06) per kilo, higher on average compared with 12 weeks ago, said Nasdaq.
