The final results for the period set the antidumping duty rate for the rest of Vietnam's pangasius suppliers at 2.11 percent, the U.S. Department of Commerce said Wednesday in a Federal Register announcement.
The rates for QVD cover QVD, QVD Dong Thap Food Co. Ltd., and Thuan Hung Co., Ltd. The department treated Vinh Hoan, Vinh Hoan USA Inc. and Van Duc Food Export Joint Stock Co. as a single entity.
In the review for this period, the department said there were two eligible separate-rate respondents, Agifish and ESS JVC, who were not selected as mandatory respondents.
