The survey, comprised of reports from more than 132,000 surveyors -- each of whom ate out an average of 3.3 times a week -- listed 11 restaurants that scored 29 points out of a possible 30 for their food, but none were seafood restaurants. Included among the 11 are Bacchanalia in Atlanta, Nicholas in New Jersey, the French Room in Dallas, and Carlos' in Chicago.

Ten restaurants in Los Angeles and New York received food scores of 28, including Le Bernardin, which is among the 103 seafood restaurants on the list.
