Called Fishmonger’s Choice, the range will hit retailers in September with a choice of two single-serve recipes based on Atlantic cod -- with roasted garlic, herbs and sun dried tomato -- and Atlantic haddock fillets with a mild chilli and lemon dressing.

The products were developed with help from fishmonger and restaurateur Mitch Tonks and will sell for a promotional price of £2 (€2.4/$3.1) until December, and then for £2.99 (€3.6/$4.6). A TV advertising campaign is then planned for January 2011.
