Two popular UK restaurant chains lead the pack when it comes to seafood sustainability, but more than half UK chains are using seafood from overfished areas or are not transparent about the origins of their seafood, NGOs Fish2fork and the Marine Conservation Society (MCS) claimed on Tuesday.
