Steven Chen, owner of troubled Yihe Corporation, told a California court on Friday that he has offered to pay in full a $488,000 claim by Resource One and the case should be dismissed.
Yihe also requests the court discharge receiver James Wong, who the company now says in court documents it never approved to be the receiver in the case.
Yihe also replaced its attorney on Friday, ousting the lawyer hired by Wong last month.
Chen claims he only agreed “in principle” to receivership.
