Last week an alleged creditor, Tiger Bay Village Corporation, filed suit in California District Court against seafood supplier Yihe, claiming the company owes it at least $4 million (€3 million) plus interest.
According to court documents, on Nov. 14, Tiger Bay sent a collections notice to the Yihe and the company's receiver James Wong.
In September, Yihe was granted receivership by the court and since that time Wong, who has been at the center of numerous conspiracy allegations and claims that he's been working with the company's founder Steven Chen to defraud creditors, has detailed the company's history of lies and double counts.
