New global seafood and health site launched
International Association of Fish Inspectors' (IAFI) RoyPalmer, along with professors from universities in the U.S., India and Spain,launched GILLS at the World Seafood Congress this Wednesday.
GILLS, which stands for Global Initiative for Life andLeadership through Seafood, aims to encourage medical researchers around theworld to make their papers available for others in the industry, Palmerexplained.
Medical experts are also encouraged to blog and postinformation about the benefits and risks of seafood.
