The deal comes after 89 percent of the company's unionized backed the idea of going on strike because of the lack of an agreement.
The contract entails a base wage increase of around 3 percent, but union leaders said the percentage increase will depend on the wage a worker receives; the lower this is, the higher the increase will be.
The unions managed to increase the assistance allowance. Both this assistance allowance and an increase in the base wage were the main worker petitions when negotiations started in July.
