Following the sale of his shareholding in Morpol to Marine Harvest, Jerzy Malek is to resign from his position as CEO of Morpol during the first quarter 2013.
However, Malek will continue working in the company, a news he confirmed to IntraFish.
"I will be working for another two years -- not as the CEO but as a consultant," Malek said.
When asked how he felt on selling the company that he built from scratch, Malek said he "did not want to slow the development of the company."
