Once Austevoll Seafood secures the bulk of the shares in Leroy Seafood Group, it will probably take the company off the stock exchange and place it in Austevoll Seafood, DnB Nor markets analyst Klaus Hatlebrekke told IntraFish.
“Alternatively they may choose to keep the company on the stock exchange if they have a plan for it," Hatlebrekke said. “There are no synergies to be harvested between Austevoll Seafood and Leroy Seafood Group."
