Long-time Westward executive Mark Johanson will take over as president of the two divisions, replacing Rick Dutton, who has served as Westward president since 2009 and Alyeska president since 2012.
Johanson has worked at Westward for 21 years in a range of capacities including controller and vice president of accounting.
In May 2014, Johanson was named vice president and general manager of both Westward and Alyeska.
