“Before the start of this fall’s herring season everyone in the Norwegian herring industry was agreed that it was vital to find the right level of prices for the herring so that all of the players could make a profit, but the situation has instead developed into the exact opposite of what was agreed when fishing started,” Flem told IntraFish.
