Seattle-based Trident Seafoods posted a new YouTube video earlier this month promoting US-caught Alaskan pollock by pitting it against other pollock.

"Let's make one thing clear: Alaskan pollock is different than Russian or Chinese pollock," says the video. "By law, only pollock caught in Alaska can be labeled as Alaskan pollock. It's caught by American fishermen and it's frozen at the source without any phosphates or water added."
