Scotland-based St. James Smokehouse is known for its St. James Scotch Reserve smoked salmon in its black packaging, but is going a different direction for its US branding, Saint Miami, which it revealed in Boston.

The new logo is against a white background. The package branding was in R&D for two years and the logo for one year, Brendan James Maher, founder and CEO at the company told IntraFish. "The new packaging - We wanted it to be minimalist, deconstructed, iconic, unique, like haute couture fashion."
