Germany-based Kagerer & Co. and Freshpack of Saint Martin les Boulogne, France, were crowned the Seafood Excellence Global award grand prize winners at Seafood Expo Global on Tuesday last week.
IntraFish caught up with Franck Paque, general director of Freshpack, to talk about the win and what's on the agenda next.
