Rabobank Associate Director Gorjan Nikolik gave some insight on the outlook of China as a key player in the global whitefish industry at the North Atlantic Seafood Forum (NASF) in Bergen, Norway, last week.
During his presentation, Nikolik said China will have an impact on every single whitefish producer or processor globally.
He said the ageing population and increasing demand of imported seafood in the country will open doors for producers around the world.
