The US International Trade Commission (USITC) on Tuesday refused to revoke antidumping duty orders on imports of frozen warmwater shrimp from China, India, Thailand and Vietnam, claiming a revocation would likely lead to "continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time."

The commission agreed to remove an existing antidumping order on imports of frozen warmwater shrimp from Brazil.
