The Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2005 (TVPRA list) informs the public about 122 goods from 58 countries ILAB has reason to believe are produced by forced labor, child labor or both, in violation of international standards.

In the 2009 preliminary report released Thursday, on the list for using child and forced labor are shrimp from Thailand and tilapia grown and processed in Ghana. Shrimp from Bangladesh and Cambodia was found to be produced with child labor, and shrimp from Burma was found to be made with forced labor.
