Salmon prices in Norway are expected to drop downsignificantly for next week as a significant volume of fish remains unsold on the market,according to industry players.
The majority told IntraFish there have been very few ordersplaced for the coming week and most said they still have more than enough fishleft to sell.
“There have been very few concrete orders so far,” said oneexporter. “Both sellers and buyers are sitting on the fence at the moment.”
According to the exporter,salmon prices for next week are looking like NOK 33.50
