Ukraine, Russia crisis hits Danish producer's trout, roe sales

Danish trout producer AquaPri is looking back at a solid financial year, despite feeling the impact of the volatile situation in the Ukraine and Russia.

"We had expected a higher profit, based on the high prices on trout and salmon the last year, but we were hit by the Ukrainian and Russian crisis in the spring," Henning Priess (pictured), owner and managing director of the company, told IntraFish.

"Under these circumstances we consider the results satisfactory."
