The competition authority of Ukraine cleared the takeover of Dutch feed supplier Nutreco by SVH Holdings, the two companies said in a statement.
Clearance was granted after the close of trading on Euronext Amsterdam on Feb. 24, they said.
The offer period for Nutreco ends at 5:40 pm on March 10, 2015.
The competition laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina allow SHV to declare the offer unconditional before the country's competition authority has granted clearance.
Earlier this month, the deal gained clearance by the competition authority in China, following the go-ahead from the relevant authorities in the European Union, Brazil, Canada, Russia, Turkey and the United State.
