UK-based frozen seafood dish supplier Paramount 21 recently launched a gluten-free range specifically for its seafood customers, thanks to rising demand.
“The demand for gluten-free products has seen significant growth in the UK over the last few years and looks very much set to continue,” the family-run company, based in South Devon, England, said.
