Ruskim Seafoods -- a major player in the United Kingdom’s Asian foodservice sector -- reported a turnover of £81.7 million (€98.9 million/$137.3 million) for the financial year ending June 30, 2013, a neat £2 million (€2.4 million/$3.4 million) jump from the year before.
"The increased turnover is partly due to a cash and carry that was opened at the [company's] Newcastle depot, and also that the business continues to broaden its products range and target market," the company said in its financial report.
