United Kingdom-based pub chain Greene King plans to sell off its Loch Fyne Seafood & Grill restaurants for £100 million (€127.5 million/$142.5 million), reported The Sunday Times.
The company is in early talks about a sale after receiving bid approaches for the business, which operates 38 restaurants.
In 2007, Greene King bought Loch Fyne for £68 million (€86.7 million/$96.9 million) to diversify from its core brewing and pubs activity.
