UK processor Whitby Seafoods is being featured in the third episode of the British Channel 4 show, Food Unwrapped, which explores how food is manufactured, and presenters travel the world to uncover any industry secrets.
Due to air on June 17, the episode will cover the company's breaded scampi manufacturing.
The episode is presented by Jimmy Doherty, best known for presenting "Jimmy’s Farm" and "Jamie and Jimmy’s Food Fight” with Jamie Oliver. He headed to Whitby to find out the secrets and expertise behind the making of Whitby Scampi.
