Top executives at New Jersey-based shrimp importer Eastern Fish, and Philadelphia’s family-owned importer Samuels and Son Seafood Co, said the weak dollar is squeezing the buying power of U.S. importers against competing purchasers -- particularly those from European and Asian markets on a stronger economic footing.
