In its preliminary ruling issued in September, the department cleared the four companies of charges of dumping frozen pangasius fillets on the U.S. market. The companies involved in the review are QVD, Vinh Hoan, Samefico and Cadovimex II.
The final results are due by Jan. 2, but the department said in a Dec. 23 announcement in The Federal Register "it is not practicable to complete the final results in the aligned new shipper and fifth antidumping duty administrative reviews of certain frozen fish fillets from Vietnam within this time limit.
