The Ministry for Marine Affairs and Fisheries (MMAF) is hosting the second Bali Tuna Conference and the fifth International Coastal Tuna Business Forum (ICTBF) in Bali this year.

Supported by the International Pole & Line Foundation (IPNLF), the event is May 19 and 20 at the Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel.

Attendees include representatives from all parts of the supply chain, government officials, scientists and other stakeholders.

The focus is the sustainable future of the country’s tuna fisheries. There will be discussions on commercial topics including international market opportunities and access requirements, human rights and social issues, updates on the progress of the National Plan of Action for Tuna, Skipjack and Neritic Tuna.

There
