In the tribunal panel’s view, European Business Development Manager Ngoc-Tram Nghiem suffered personal injury caused by respondent China Export Finance Ltd. (CEF) that led the claimant to be off work for almost 18 months from April 2008.
It upheld one claim of sexual harassment, based on comments made by respondent U.K. Sales Director Matthew Cooke, but did not award on any other sex discrimination or harassment claims. There were no findings in favor of the claimant’s race discrimination or harassment allegations.
