Austevoll Seafood said Feb. 6 it had exceeded 50 percent ownership in Norway Pelagic and would be submitting an offer of NOK 15.50 (€2.07/$2.7) per share for all shares in the company.
According to the newspaper Dagens Naeringsliv (DN) the share price from Feb. 7 was 11.5 percent over the closing price on Monday that week, while it was only two percent over the closing price the day before.
The day before the announcement from Austevoll Seafood, the share price rose from NOK 13.90
