They're now wading through generous buyout offers from capital-rich colleagues. They can see their production licenses fetching historically high prices.
For an outsider, this might appear somewhat of a paradox, but it would seem as though these "in-demand" fish producers feel particularly uncomfortable with this situation, regardless of how much money they can deposit in the bank after having sold out.
