Susie Riskind Thompson is no stranger to marketing seafood: More than a decade ago, she founded RR Public Relations and has since gained noted seafood clients such as supplier Fortune Fish, iconic Chicago restaurant Shaw's Crab House and Canadian craft-raised salmon company Skuna Bay Salmon.
