The Boston seafood show features the latest in new seafood product innovations. At this year’s event, more than 50 new products are vying for the title of best new product of the show. What follows is a profile of each new product entered in this year’s Seafood Excellence Awards competition. Just prior to the show, the field of items battling for the title was narrowed to eight finalists in the Best Retail Product category, and four in the Best Foodservice Product category.
